Engagements typically begin with a discovery session and a mutually agreed proposal or contract.

3. Payment Terms

All services are subject to payment terms outlined in individual proposals or contracts. Unless stated otherwise:

Fees are due upfront or according to the schedule defined in your agreement.
Late payments may attract penalties or service suspension.
All fees are quoted in your preferred currency and are exclusive of taxes or transfer charges.

No refunds are provided once strategic or creative work has commenced, unless specifically agreed in writing.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials produced by PixelPaladins—including ad copy, strategy documents, creative assets, and landing pages—remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any part of our content or proprietary methods without prior written consent.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive business information shared during the engagement. This includes, but is not limited to, login credentials, campaign performance data, client lists, pricing, and trade secrets.

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure optimal results, you agree to:

Provide timely access to necessary platforms, assets, and information.
Cooperate with feedback and approval cycles.
Avoid unauthorized changes to campaigns or tracking setups once launched by us.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may delay results or reduce campaign performance.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we commit to delivering services with professional diligence, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as sales or lead volumes. We are not liable for:

Loss of business, revenue, or profits.
Third-party system failures (e.g., ad platforms, hosting).
Delays caused by client inaction or misinformation.

Our maximum liability under any agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for services rendered within the last 60 days.

8. Cancellation & Termination

You may terminate our services with written notice per the terms in your agreement. We may also terminate an engagement if:

Payment is not received on time.
There is a breach of trust, unethical behavior, or misrepresentation.
Work cannot proceed due to lack of cooperation or access.

Any outstanding work or balances at the point of termination must be settled within seven (7) business days.

9. Third-Party Tools & Integrations

PixelPaladins may use third-party tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, GoHighLevel, analytics platforms) to deliver services. You acknowledge:

We are not liable for downtimes or data loss caused by these platforms.
You are subject to the terms and policies of those third-party platforms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.” Your continued use of our website or services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
